i turned one and it was awesome:


p.s. my newest friend storey also came to the shindig. our birthdays are almost the same! except that she is super-fresh new, swaddled and cute and chewing on parent's fingers and everything. i think i used to do that. weird. and cool.

so since babyhood's end is near and it is making my parents all soppy and emotional, "bittersweet" as they say (hey isn't bittersweet more of a chocolate-thing?) and since i have not written in awhile i thought i'd fill you in on some of my favorite things, this first year of my life:
